Allow multiple customers to book the same time slot for classes, workshops, or group sessions.

Group Appointments allow multiple customers to book into the same time slot for a shared service or class.

Instead of offering appointments to one customer at a time, you can set a maximum capacity and allow several people to reserve a spot in the same session.

This is ideal for:

  • Fitness classes

  • Group PT sessions

  • Workshops and seminars

  • Training sessions

  • Therapy groups

  • Educational clinics

  • Seasonal events

You control how many spaces are available, and the system automatically closes bookings once capacity is reached.

Follow these steps to set up a Group Appointment:


Step 1: Create or Edit a Service

  1. Log into your Get Synced dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Services.

  3. Select an existing service or create a new one.


Step 2: Enable Group Booking

  1. In the service settings, enable Group Appointment.

  2. Set the Maximum Capacity (e.g. 10 participants).

  3. Save changes.

You can now accept multiple bookings for the same time slot.


Step 3: Set Pricing

You can choose:

  • Price per participant

  • Fixed group price

  • Deposit per person

  • Full payment required

Example:

  • £12 per class attendee

  • £25 per workshop participant

  • £5 deposit per booking

💡 Tip: Use deposits to reduce last-minute cancellations.


Step 4: Monitor Bookings

From your calendar, you can:

  • See how many spots are filled

  • View participant list

  • Track payments

  • Close bookings manually if needed

Once capacity is reached, the slot becomes unavailable automatically.

Group Appointments can also be used to:

  • Apply Customer Categories for member-only classes

10-person yoga class → 8 booked → 2 spots remaining → Automatically closes at 10.
