Our platform allows businesses to manage appointments, customer bookings, staff schedules, payments, and related services through a cloud-based system.
2. Eligibility
By using Get Synced you confirm that:

You are acting on behalf of a business or organisation
You have authority to agree to these Terms
3. Account Registration
To use Get Synced you must create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Keep login details secure
Be responsible for all activity under your account
Get Synced reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Get Synced operates on a subscription-based pricing model.
By subscribing you agree that:
Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually
Fees are payable in advance
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
Failure to pay may result in:
Suspension of your account
Restricted access to features
Account termination
Prices may change with 30 days notice.
5. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered:
Access will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends
We may limit features during trial periods
6. Platform Usage
You agree not to use Get Synced to:
Violate any laws or regulations
Send spam or unsolicited marketing
Collect personal data unlawfully
Host harmful or malicious content
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Customer Data

Get Synced acts as a data processor, while your business remains the data controller.
8. Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by those providers.
We are not responsible for payment processing errors, fees, or disputes handled by those providers.
9. Platform Availability
We aim to provide reliable uptime, however:
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
Scheduled maintenance may occur
Unexpected downtime may occur
Get Synced shall not be liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
10. Data Backups
We perform regular backups where possible, but users should maintain their own records.
We are not responsible for loss of business data due to:
user error
third-party integrations
technical issues outside our control

Outlook Calendar
Zoom
Mailchimp
Payment providers
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.
12. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, and technology remain the property of Easy Launch Ltd.
You may not:
Copy the platform
Resell the software
Reverse engineer the system
Unless explicitly permitted.
13. Account Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation:
Your access will remain until the end of your billing period
No refunds will be issued for unused time unless required by law
Get Synced may suspend or terminate accounts that:
violate these terms
abuse the platform
fail to pay subscription fees
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Get Synced shall not be liable for:
loss of profits
loss of customers
business interruption
indirect or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the previous 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold Get Synced harmless from any claims resulting from:

Get Synced Affiliate Program Terms
These Affiliate Terms apply to participants in the Get Synced Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms.
1. Affiliate Program Overview
The Get Synced Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn a commission by referring new businesses to the Get Synced platform.
Affiliates will receive a unique referral link that tracks new user registrations.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commission when a referred user becomes a paying subscriber of the Get Synced platform.
A qualifying referral occurs when:
A new business signs up using the affiliate link
The business upgrades to a paid subscription plan
The subscription remains active for at least 30 days
Once these conditions are met, the affiliate will receive a £20 commission per paying subscriber.
3. Confirmation Period
Commissions are subject to a 30-day confirmation period to ensure:
the subscription remains active
the payment is successful
the account is not fraudulent
4. Referral Tracking
Affiliate referrals are tracked using browser cookies.
Referral cookies remain active for 30 days from the first visit.
If a user signs up within this period, the affiliate will receive credit for the referral.
If the cookie expires or is cleared before signup, the referral may not be tracked.
Get Synced cannot guarantee tracking if:
cookies are blocked
cookies are cleared
a different device is used
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not engage in the following activities:
Creating fake or duplicate accounts
Referring themselves to generate commissions
Using misleading or deceptive marketing
Spamming email or messages
Running paid ads pretending to be Get Synced
Using the Get Synced brand name in misleading ways
Offering incentives or cashback for signups without permission
Violation of these rules may result in:
commission cancellation
account suspension
permanent removal from the affiliate program
6. Self-Referrals
Affiliates may not create accounts for themselves using their own referral link.
Any self-referrals will be rejected and commissions will be void.
7. Commission Approval & Payments
Approved commissions will become payable after the confirmation period.
Payments may be issued via:
bank transfer
PayPal
or other payment methods determined by Get Synced
Get Synced reserves the right to set minimum payout thresholds.
8. Fraud Prevention
Get Synced reserves the right to review all referrals.
If suspicious activity is detected, we may:
withhold commission payments
cancel commissions
terminate affiliate accounts
Fraudulent behaviour may lead to permanent removal from the program.
9. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for:
ensuring their marketing complies with advertising laws
clearly disclosing affiliate relationships where required
complying with applicable marketing and data protection laws
10. Program Changes
Get Synced may update the affiliate program at any time, including:
commission rates
payout structures
eligibility rules
Affiliates will be notified of significant changes where possible.
11. Termination
Get Synced reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that:
violates these terms
abuses the referral system
damages the Get Synced brand
12. Limitation of Liability
Get Synced shall not be liable for:
tracking failures caused by browser settings
cookie deletion
third-party interference
technical issues affecting referral tracking
13. Governing Law
These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
