Follow these steps to create and manage invoices:


Step 1: Create a New Invoice

  1. Log into your Get Synced dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Payments.

  3. Select Invoices.

  4. Click Create New Invoice.


Step 2: Add Invoice Details

Enter:

  • Customer name

  • Invoice date

  • Due date

  • Line items (services or products)

  • Quantity

  • Price

  • Tax (if applicable)

You can also add notes or payment instructions.


Step 3: Send the Invoice

Once created, you can:

  • Send the invoice via email

  • Share a secure payment link

  • Download as PDF (if enabled)

Customers can pay directly online using your connected payment gateway.


Step 4: Track Payment Status

From your dashboard, you can see:

  • Paid invoices

  • Pending invoices

  • Overdue invoices

  • Partial payments

You can also resend reminders for unpaid invoices.
