When connected, a unique meeting link is created instantly for every virtual service and included in confirmation and reminder emails.

Follow these steps to connect Google Meet:


Step 1: Use a Google Account

You’ll need:

  • A Google account (e.g. Gmail or Google Workspace)

  • Calendar access enabled

If you’re using Google Workspace for your business, this will sync seamlessly.


Step 2: Connect Your Google Account

  1. Log into your Get Synced dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Settings.

  3. Select Integrations or Calendar & Meetings.

  4. Choose Google Meet.

  5. Click Connect Google Account and authorise access.

Once authorised, your account will be linked.


Step 3: Enable Google Meet for a Service

  1. Edit the service you want to offer online.

  2. Toggle Online Meeting to ON.

  3. Select Google Meet as the provider.

  4. Save changes.

Now, every booking for that service will automatically generate a Google Meet link.


Step 4: Confirm Email Setup

When a customer books:

  • A Google Meet link is generated instantly

  • The link is included in confirmation emails

  • Reminder emails also include the meeting link

  • Staff receive full meeting details

Reschedules and cancellations update automatically.
