Conditional Pricing- Booking Feature

Automatically adjust pricing based on staff, time, service options, or custom conditions.

Conditional Pricing allows you to automatically adjust the price of a service based on specific selections made during the booking process.

Instead of creating dozens of separate services, you can dynamically increase or modify pricing depending on:

  • Add-ons selected

  • Service duration

  • Staff member chosen

  • Customer choices within custom forms

  • Time-based conditions

  • Location or service type

This keeps your service list clean while allowing flexible, intelligent pricing.

Ideal for:

  • Salons charging extra for long hair or add-ons

  • Garages adjusting pricing based on vehicle type

  • Clinics offering optional treatments

  • PTs adding supplements or extended sessions

Conditional Pricing ensures customers see the correct price before confirming their booking.

Follow these steps to set up Conditional Pricing:

Step 1: Edit a Service

  1. Log into your Get Synced dashboard.

  2. Go to Services.

  3. Select the service you want to modify.

  4. Open the Pricing Rules or Conditional Pricing section.

Step 2: Create a Pricing Condition

You can set conditions based on:

  • Selected add-ons

  • Custom form responses

  • Service duration

  • Staff selection

Example rules:

  • If “Long Hair” is selected → Add £10

  • If “Engine Size: 2.0L+” → Add £20

  • If “Extended Consultation (60 mins)” → Add £25

Each condition can:

  • Increase price

  • Decrease price

  • Replace base price

Step 3: Save and Test

After setting your rules:

  • Make a test booking

  • Select different options

  • Confirm pricing updates correctly before checkout

Customers will see price adjustments in real time.

🔄 How It Works

  1. Customer selects a service.

  2. They choose options or complete form fields.

  3. Pricing updates automatically.

  4. Final cost is shown before confirmation.

No manual calculation required.

🚀 Best Practices

  • Keep pricing logic simple and transparent.

  • Clearly explain additional charges in service descriptions.

  • Use add-ons where possible for clarity.

  • Avoid stacking too many conditions that may confuse customers.

💡 Tip: Display estimated pricing ranges in service descriptions if pricing may vary.
