Product Inventory- Booking Feature

Track and manage your product stock alongside your services, all from one system.

Product Inventory allows you to manage and track physical products directly within Get Synced.

Whether you sell retail items, parts, supplements, or aftercare products, you can monitor stock levels and link products to services or invoices.

You can manage:

  • Product names and descriptions

  • Pricing

  • Stock quantities

  • Low stock alerts

  • Product sales history

  • VAT/tax settings

Ideal for:

  • Salons selling haircare products

  • Clinics selling aftercare items

  • Garages selling parts and fluids

  • PTs selling supplements or merchandise

Product Inventory helps you keep control of both services and physical goods in one place.

Follow these steps to set up Product Inventory:

Step 1: Add a New Product

  1. Log into your Get Synced dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Products or Inventory.

  3. Click Add New Product.

Enter:

  • Product name

  • SKU (optional)

  • Price

  • Stock quantity

  • Description

  • Tax/VAT settings

Save changes.

Step 2: Link Products to Services or Invoices

You can:

  • Add products during checkout

  • Attach products to an appointment

  • Include products on invoices

  • Sell products independently

Example:

  • Add hair treatment product after a salon visit

  • Add engine oil to a garage invoice

  • Add supplements to a PT client’s package

Step 3: Track Stock Levels

Each time a product is sold:

  • Stock automatically reduces

  • Sales history updates

  • Low stock alerts can trigger (if enabled)

This prevents overselling and helps with restocking.

Step 4: Monitor Inventory Reports

You can view:

  • Current stock levels

  • Product sales

  • Revenue from products

  • Low stock warnings

This gives you visibility over retail performance.

πŸ”„ How It Works

  1. A product is added to a booking or invoice.

  2. Payment is processed.

  3. Stock updates automatically.

  4. Revenue is recorded in reports.

Everything stays synchronised.

πŸš€ Advanced Uses

Product Inventory can also be used to:

  • Track consumables per service

  • Monitor parts usage
