Coupons allow you to create discount codes that customers can apply during the booking process.

Whether you’re running a seasonal promotion, rewarding loyal clients, or launching a new service, coupons help you drive bookings while maintaining full control over your pricing.

You can create coupons for:

  • Percentage discounts (e.g. 20% off)

  • Fixed amount discounts (e.g. £10 off)

  • First-time customer offers

  • Limited-time promotions

  • VIP or member-only discounts

  • Package promotions

Coupons are applied directly at checkout, and the final price updates automatically before payment.

Follow these steps to create a coupon:


Step 1: Create a New Coupon

  1. Log into your Get Synced dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Marketing or Promotions.

  3. Select Coupons.

  4. Click Create New Coupon.


Step 2: Configure the Discount

Choose:

  • Coupon code (e.g. WELCOME10)

  • Discount type:

    • Percentage

    • Fixed amount

  • Discount value

  • Expiry date (optional)

  • Usage limit (optional)

Example:

  • 15% off first appointment

  • £20 off major repair

  • 10% off package purchases


Step 3: Set Restrictions (Optional)

You can restrict coupons to:

  • Specific services

  • Specific staff

  • Specific customer categories

  • First-time customers only

  • One use per customer

  • Limited total redemptions

This ensures your promotions stay controlled and profitable.


Step 4: Share the Coupon Code

Promote your coupon via:

  • Email campaigns

  • SMS campaigns

  • Social media

  • Website banners

  • QR codes

  • Printed flyers

Customers simply enter the code at checkout.
