Busy Slots allow you to manually block specific times in your calendar so they cannot be booked by customers.
This gives you full control over your availability — without needing to change your entire working schedule.
You can block time for:
Lunch breaks
Team meetings
Staff holidays
Equipment maintenance
Emergency closures
Private appointments
Personal commitments
Busy Slots ensure customers only see times you genuinely want available.
This is especially useful for:
Clinics needing admin time between patients
Garages blocking workshop capacity
Salons managing peak times
PTs balancing in-person and online sessions
It keeps your calendar realistic and manageable.
Follow these steps to create a Busy Slot:
Step 1: Open Your Calendar
Log into your Get Synced dashboard.
Navigate to Calendar.
Select the date you want to block.
Step 2: Create a Busy Slot
