Follow these steps to enable and manage Ratings & Reviews:
Step 1: Enable Reviews
Log into your Get Synced dashboard.
Navigate to Settings.
Select Reviews & Feedback.
Toggle Enable Ratings & Reviews to ON.
Once enabled, review invitations can be sent automatically after appointments.
Step 2: Configure Review Invitations
You can choose:
How long after the appointment to send the request (e.g. 2 hours, 24 hours)
Whether the request is sent via email
Whether reviews require approval before being displayed
💡 Tip: Sending review requests within 24 hours increases response rates.
Step 3: Moderate Reviews (Optional)
You can:
Approve reviews before they appear publicly
Hide inappropriate comments
Respond to reviews
Mark reviews as featured
