Ratings & Reviews allow your customers to leave feedback after their appointment — helping you build trust, improve service quality, and attract new clients.

After a completed booking, customers can be invited to leave:

  • A star rating

  • A written review

  • Optional feedback comments

Reviews can be displayed on your booking page or website (if enabled), helping new customers feel confident when booking.

This is ideal for:

Follow these steps to enable and manage Ratings & Reviews:


Step 1: Enable Reviews

  1. Log into your Get Synced dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Settings.

  3. Select Reviews & Feedback.

  4. Toggle Enable Ratings & Reviews to ON.

Once enabled, review invitations can be sent automatically after appointments.


Step 2: Configure Review Invitations

You can choose:

  • How long after the appointment to send the request (e.g. 2 hours, 24 hours)

  • Whether the request is sent via email

  • Whether reviews require approval before being displayed

💡 Tip: Sending review requests within 24 hours increases response rates.


Step 3: Moderate Reviews (Optional)

You can:

  • Approve reviews before they appear publicly

  • Hide inappropriate comments

  • Respond to reviews

  • Mark reviews as featured

This ensures you stay in control of your public reputation.


Step 4: Display Reviews

You can choose to:

  • Display reviews on your booking page

  • Embed them on your website

  • Showcase featured reviews

Displaying genuine reviews increases booking confidence.

  1. Appointment is marked as completed.

  2. The system sends a review request automatically.

  3. Customer leaves a rating and comment.

  4. Review appears (if auto-approved or after moderation).
