Instead of customers booking one appointment at a time, they can purchase a package and use their sessions over time.

Follow these steps to create and manage packages:


Step 1: Navigate to Packages

  1. Log into your Get Synced dashboard.

  2. Go to Services.

  3. Select Packages.

  4. Click Create New Package.


Step 2: Define the Package Details

Enter:

  • Package name

  • Description

  • Total number of sessions

  • Price

  • Expiry period (e.g. 3 months)

Example:

  • “10 PT Sessions – Save £50”

  • “6 Physiotherapy Treatment Plan”

  • “Hair Colour & Cut Bundle”

Make the value clear in the title.


Step 3: Assign Services to the Package

Choose which services are included in the package.

You can:

  • Include one specific service

  • Allow flexibility between multiple services

  • Restrict the package to certain staff

This keeps packages structured and controlled.


Step 4: Set Payment Rules

You can choose:

  • Full payment upfront

  • Deposit required

  • Payment via Stripe, PayPal or Square

Step 5: Monitor Usage

Once a customer purchases a package:

  • Sessions are automatically deducted when booked

  • Remaining sessions are visible
