Customer Panel- Booking Feature

Allow Customers to view and manage booking from their dashboard.

The Customer Panel allows your clients to securely log in and manage their own appointments without needing to contact your reception or admin team.

Once a customer creates an account or books an appointment, they can:

  • View upcoming bookings

  • Reschedule appointments

  • Cancel appointments (within your policy rules)

  • View past appointment history

  • Update their personal details

  • Rebook previous services in seconds

This reduces back-and-forth communication, missed calls, and unnecessary admin time — while giving your customers full control over their bookings.

For clinics, this means patients can access appointment history.
For garages, customers can quickly rebook MOTs or services.
For salons and PTs, clients can easily manage recurring sessions.

Follow these steps to activate and manage the Customer Panel:


Step 1: Enable the Customer Panel

  1. Log into your Get Synced dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Settings.

  3. Select Customer Panel Settings.

  4. Toggle Enable Customer Panel to ON.

Once enabled, customers will see a login option on your booking page.


Step 2: Configure Access Rules

You can control:

  • Whether customers must create an account

  • Whether login is optional or required

  • Cancellation limits (e.g. 24-hour rule)

  • Rescheduling permissions

  • Visibility of appointment history

💡 Tip: Setting cancellation limits protects your revenue while still offering flexibility.


Step 3: Share the Customer Login Link

You can:

  • Add the login button to your website

  • Include the panel link in confirmation emails

  • Add the link to SMS reminders

  • Generate a QR code for reception

This allows customers to manage bookings instantly from any device.


Step 4: Test the Experience

Before going live:

  • Create a test booking

  • Log in as a customer

  • Test rescheduling and cancellation

  • Confirm policy rules are working correctly
